These 3-ingredient Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus make a delicious side dish or a great addition to your charcuterie platter!
Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
As the weather gets warm, I use my grill all summer long! Some other side dishes I like to make on the grill are these grilled brussels sprouts, grilled vegetable towers or this classic grilled asparagus recipe.
How To Make Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
These are so easy to make, one slice of proscuitto will be enough to wrap four spears, simply slice it in four pieces and roll it around each one. Spritz the asparagus with a little olive oil spray and season the ends of the asparagus with a pinch of salt. You can prep them ahead the night before as needed and grill them just before you’re ready to eat.
